Tuition is a yearly sum payable on an annual, semi-annual, or monthly basis. Tuition does not include any costs outside of the regular school program (i.e., Science camp, graduation, etc.) Tuition is not a tax-deductible, charitable contribution. To help with planning, the 2025-26 tuition rates are as follows:

Option 1: Full tuition payment is due by August 15, 2025
Option 2: Three payments are due August 15, 2025, January 16, 2026 and May 15, 2026
Option 3: 11 Monthly payments are due August 1, 2025, through June 1, 2026
Beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, St. Michael School will be using a new tuition management system, FACTS (this replaces Blackbaud). The new system streamlines tuition, Eagle's Nest, and annual fees for each family. FACTS also allows for multiple electronic payment methods (ACH, debit, and credit card payments). Families can continue to pay by cash or check, but must still be registered in the FACTS system.
* Each year there is an anticipated 2-5% increase in tuition commensurate with salary/insurance/supply increases.
Tuition Assistance
To be considered for financial assistance, families are required to submit a completed FACTS form through FACE. The deadline for these annual applications is March 1. Scholarships for new families only are available through thebasicfund.org
In addition to a family’s financial resources, the administration will consider all other relevant circumstances in making tuition assistance decisions.
Re-Registration
During the Spring, students currently enrolled in St. Michael School will be sent a form requesting their intention to return the following year. Parents complete the form and submit it with a non-refundable registration fee by the date indicated. The current registration fee for the 2025/2026school year is $425 per child. New families are asked to pay these non-refundable fees upon acceptance. This payment, along with the signed letter of intent, guarantees student placement for the following school year.
Classroom Fees
Grade 6th $450 per student (this offsets the cost of Science Camp)
Grade 8th $250 per student (additional fee will cover the cost of graduation expenses)
