St. Michael School extended care program, Eagle's Nest, offers students a safe environment to be cared before and after school. During Eagle's Nest, students will have the opportunity to work on homework, participate in arts and crafts, play various games, and have fun outside. 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
3:00 - 3:15: Sign In
3:15 - 3:45: Recess/Homework
3:45 - 4:00: Snack & Clean Up
4:15 - 5:30: Clean Up/Second Recess/ Activity

Wednesday 
2:00 - 2:20: Sign In
2:20 - 3:00: Homework/Recess
3:00 - 3:20: Snack/Clean Up
3:20 - 4:30: Activity
4:15 - 5:30: Clean Up/Second Recess/ Activity
 

Choice A: Regular Usage 

• Registration Fee: $80 per family (due by August 21, 2026)

• Morning Care: (7 to 7:45 a.m.) $130 per month per family, flat rate non-refundable fee of $130 for all children 

• Afternoon Care: (till 5:30 p.m.) $280 per month for the first child (regardless of usage) and $250 per month for each additional child (regardless of usage). 

• Billing will be September - May to accommodate for holidays/short months. Payments (cash, check, or FACTS) are due the 1st of each month. 

• Families who sign up for this option are committing to the full school year. This enables proper staffing and program sustainability. 

Choice B: Drop-in/Occasional Usage

• Morning Drop-In: Any usage 7 to 7:45 a.m. is billed at $14 per hour per child. No grace period. 

• Afternoon Drop-In: First 15-minute grace; thereafter, billed at $14 per hour per child. After the first hour, billing is per 15-minute increment. 

• A monthly invoice based on usage recorded in the sign-in/sign-out binder will be provided each month. 

Late Pick-Up Fee 

• $5 per minute per family after 5:30 p.m. More than 4 late pick-ups may result in a higher rate or program removal. 

• $30 added to each month if the balance remains unpaid. Failure to pay late fees results in a delinquent account. 

Eagle's Nest is a separate fee from the regular school tuition.

We do not accept any outside families into Eagle's Nest. It is only for our St. Michael families.
