Why I Teach at St. Michael School
I chose to teach at St. Michael School because it is a Christ centered environment. It allows me to incorporate faith-based knowledge into my curriculum.

My Philosophy of Teaching
I received my teaching credential at Cal State East Bay and cleared it at U.C. Berkeley. I have experience in both lower and upper grade classes. I attended numerous professional development trainings to adapt to the changing needs of my students.

My Background
I feel it is very important to build a relationship with each child to earn their respect and trust. When a relationship has been built between the students and myself, they will do better academically. I strive to create fun and interactive lessons for students so that they will develop a love for learning.

My Life Outside St. Michael
In my spare time I enjoy reading mystery novels and to paint. I also love to go on fun adventure trips with my husband and daughter.
